#TAKETWO: A FUSION OF DRAMA AND MUSIC THERAPY

The Music Klub and LifeCameraAction are proud to present #TAKE2!

TAKE2 is a creative development and intervention programme for young people. Using a mixture of therapeutic music activities and drama practice, this programme aims to assist the development of functional skills so that young people can realise the higher levels of confidence, self-esteem, and aspirations needed to access further education, employment, training or apprenticeship programs.

Take2 also aims to provide young people with the problem solving skills required to make positive lifestyle choices and increased mindfulness in regards to personal safety and wellbeing.

Subjects include: • Stereotypes

• Bullying

• Identity

• Media • Self perception

• Healthy relationships

Outcomes:

• To provoke thought in individuals regarding lifestyle choices using music therapy and drama.

• To build confidence and resilience

• To encourage positive use of music and self expression

• To develop problem solving skills
